It meets ASTMC-881-87 Grade I class B&C Type I, II, IV & V.
Epoxy Binder and Bonding Compound CRC 211 is a two-component, 100% solids Superbond® epoxy/polysulfide compound used primarily as a binder for sand or coarse aggregate when patching or resurfacing horizontal concrete surfaces. It can also be used for bonding new to old concrete. CRC 211 conforms with Federal Specification MMM-B 00350B, New York State D.O.T. Specification for Item 721-02 (formerly Item M29B), and AASHTO M236-73, Class II.
High performance Epoxy Coating CRC 100 High Performance Epoxy Coating is unique, 100% solids Superbond® epoxy which cures to a high gloss stain resistant, high washable surface. This product is completely odorless, non-toxic and authorized for use in food handling areas. The two component mixture is thermo setting and offers exceptional resistance to wear and abrasion, withstanding daily washing with steam or water and strong detergents. Because of ease of cleaning and abrasion resistance this coating is practically graffiti proof. Because of its high chemical resistance it is ideal for industrial, commercial and institutional flooring.
Epoxy Liquid Binder Fast Setting / Low Temperature CRC 222 is a two component, 100% solid Superbond® epoxy system. It is a high modulus, moisture insensitive and low temperature (30°F) curing system. It is used as a coating, resurface or repair in areas where low down time is required. At 30°F - 35°F it will yield a hard, dense, abrasion resistant surface. Above 65°F a CRC 222 treated surface can be opened up to traffic in as little time as three hours. CRC 222 is a low viscosity, high modulus adhesive and mortar binder for horizontal surfaces.
Flexible epoxy control joint sealer/adhesive CRC 5050 is a 100% solid Superbond® epoxy system which is primarily used as a sealer and filler for masonry, saw cut control joints and grooves. CRC 5050 is a unique epoxy system which is moisture insensitive, flexible and self leveling.
Epoxy Coal Tar Binder, Overlay & Waterproofing Membrane CRC 603 is a 100% solids coal tar modified Superbond® epoxy system. Due to its relatively low viscosity, it is easy to apply and spread, demonstrating excellent bond and sealing characteristics on concrete, steel and wood. It has permanent moderate degree of flexibility. CRC 603 conforms with N.Y.S. D.O.T. specifications for item 717.02.
Flexible, Low CTE, Shock Resistant Epoxy CRC 5000 Gel Patch is a flexible, non-abrasive filled 100% solids Superbond® epoxy system. It is excellent to patch horizontal and vertical cracks and holes. CRC 5000 GP is used as an underlay for tile, ceramics, and marble as well as wood, concrete, steel and many other materials. It functions as a permanent waterproofing system. CRC 5000 GP is a material which exhibits low coefficient of thermal expansion and offers exceptional shock resistance. It is designed in such a way that the mix ratio is 1:1 by volume.
